Don’t let our sleek design fool you—our state of art website is proof that you don’t have to sacrifice function for style. Below are five things you can take care of right from our website.
1. Watch video tutorials
Some things just make more sense with visual aids. Under the video tab on our home screen, you can see how to mix trimix, use topiclicks, measure creams, and much more! If you’re unsure how to use a device, would like a refresher, or are curious about compounding in general, check out our videos for help!

2. Ask a pharmacist a question
Of course, not all questions can be answered with videos. Use our Ask a Pharmacist form to submit a question- any question- to our experienced pharmacists. You’ll hear back within 1 business day.
3. Submit a New Prescription
If you’d like to save some time and energy, take advantage of our Submit a New Prescription feature. Send a scan or photo of your prescription to us and we’ll get started on it without you having to come in to drop it off. We’ll let you know when your prescription is ready and you can give us the hard copy when you come to pick up your prescription. (Side note: if your prescription is currently at another pharmacy, you can also request that we transfer your prescription!)
4. Request Refills
If we already have the hardcopy of your prescription and all you need is a refill, we can do that too! In addition to calling our automated phone service, chatting with a live technician, or using our app RXLOCAL, you can request a refill right from our website.
5. Request Medical Records
Need a list of your yearly prescription expenses for your taxes? Want to give someone permission to access your records? No sweat. Give us your electronic signature and fill out this form and we will email that right over.
