Ways to Avoid the Flu this Season
It is estimated that between 5-20% of the US population gets the flu each year, with numbers peaking from December to February. With that season just around the corner, it’s important to take preventative measures now so that we can stay healthy and fully enjoy our winter. Below are some over the counter items to help with our battle against the flu.
