Our Story

Community Clinical Pharmacy was established in 1980. Over the last 40 years we have established relationships with thousands of patients and medical providers in Arizona. In 1998, Sharzad Green, Pharm. D. joined our pharmacy to offer Hormone Replacement Consultations to patients and providers. Our lab today features state-of-the-art compounding equipment for the preparation of sterile products. Our medical providers and patients know that we always use the highest quality ingredients, practice above standard quality measures, and employ the most experienced pharmacists and technicians.

Prescription Services

Our professionally trained staff thrives on giving you the best care possible. Our service is second to none when it comes to prompt, professional attention. In addition to sterile and non-sterile compounding services, we offer a wide variety of commercially available medications, over the counter supplements and durable medical equipment. We accept most major insurance plans and can mail your prescriptions right to your door.

Our pharmacists will work directly with you and your medical provider to better understand your health concerns so that you can achieve the most benefit from your medications. Our certified pharmacy technicians are professionally trained to support our pharmacists, allowing the opportunities to give you the pharmaceutical care you need and deserve. Consultation Services

All of our pharmacists are experienced in counseling patients on medications, healthy lifestyles and a variety of disease states. Our pharmacists also specialize in the art and science of compounding, and are equipped with the experience and resources required to make recommendations to patients and medical providers.

Sharzad Green, Pharm. D. is our world renowned hormone specialist and pharmacist with over 6,ooo satisfied patients and providers. Since 1998, Sharzad has been helping women and men make informed choices by educating them about their hormones and offering private consultations to both patients and prescribers. She has vast experience in compounding, including nutritional, chemotherapy, infusion and antibiotic therapy and pain management in addition to bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.

Medication Compounding

The art of preparing medications dates back to the origins of pharmacy. At Community Clinical Pharmacy we still practice the time proven art of compounding using modern variations of the “mortar and pestle” to prepare unique and individualized medications. Our lab features state-of-the-art compounding equipment for the preparation of sterile and non-sterile products. We also send out all sterile and random lots of non-sterile compounded medications to an independent third-party lab for strength and sterility testing prior to the patient receiving the finished product.

Our pharmacists can formulate and prepare just about any kind of medicine specifically designed just for you. Our compounding services can enhance virtually any area of medicine including bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, children’s dosage forms and flavors, capsule and suppository preparations, skin preparations, medicated lozenges, eye and eardrops, and compounds for erectile dysfunction.
